How We Help
Laying the Foundation
Chiropractic care is like building a house. Certain things have to happen in a particular order for everything to work correctly. If you tried to put up walls without a solid foundation, they would eventually collapse. The same is true for your body. To heal properly, your body needs to follow a thoughtful plan of care that supports both immediate relief and long-term stability.

Laying the Foundation
Phase 1:
Relief Care
If you’re in pain when you arrive, our first goal is to help you feel better. Depending on the severity of your issue, this phase typically includes 2–3 visits per week for 4–12 weeks.
Phase 2:
Corrective/Restorative Care
This phase helps muscles and tissues heal more completely to reduce risk of re-injury. You may need care 4–8 times per month for 6–24 months, depending on your health and goals.
Phase 3:
Wellness Care
Once your body has stabilized, we recommend periodic visits to maintain progress and avoid future problems. Most patients benefit from 1–4 visits per month based on lifestyle and preferences.
